We are committed in providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% happy with your purchased item, you will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to return purchased items. You can choose to either receive: 1) a credit card refund, or 2) a store credit refund. Late returns are accepted at Heritage1960’s discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit.
Made-To-Order Transactions: These items are only returnable within 15 calendar days for Heritae1960 Store Credit.
US Customers: The cost of return shipping is complimentary.
International Customers: If you live outside the US, we are unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit card refund or store credit refund. You are solely responsible for any import duties levied by your country of residence.
We accept returns & exchanges on all regular and sale priced items, unless marked otherwise. Please ensure that returned items are new, unused and have all tags still attached. Please include all designer packaging (i.e. shoe boxes, dust bags, tags etc.) with your return. We will not accept returns that are without designer tags, damaged, used and/or altered.
Customers will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order for a complimentary size-exchange of the same item/style. We are happy to offer US & International customers free shipping for a one-time size exchange of purchased goods. If you’d like to purchase another item/style, please return the purchased item for a refund, and purchase your desired item/style as a new transaction.
International Customers: If you live outside the US, you will be responsible for potential duties levied on the replacement item.
If you’ve received damaged, faulty goods (where a manufacturing fault has occurred), we will exchange the faulty item for the same size & style (subject to availability). Please notify us at email@example.com immediately, so we can make arrangements to repair the item or reserve in-stock items for you.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS?
1) Sign into www.heritage1960.com and go to My Account / Returns & Exchanges. Select the items you'd like to return or exchange. Choose a reason for your return or an available size to exchange. Agree to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Submit your request to return or exchange selected items.
2) For US members, UPS wil email you a Return Shipping Label. Please affix the label onto the original box.
3) For international members, UPS will email to you: a) Return Shipping Label; b) 3 copies of the Commercial Invoice. Please sign & date all 3 copies and include it with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
4) Call UPS to collect the package (1-800-PICK-UPS), or drop off the package at your nearest UPS location (www.ups.com). If you choose for UPS to pick-up your package, they will bill you directly for their collection fee.
5) We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. You can check the status of your refund on our site's My Account / Order Status page.
